Where are you seeing that? Cheapest 2019 162 Tig on Carsales with 3 options is $57980 for a demo. Cheapest new one is $60990

Got it - you're right the pic doesn't show R Line, that's why I missed it.

Congrats on the new car. When I was looking, the local dealers were saying 3 month plus wait for a 132 to land in Aus, so maybe that means less discount as fewer around?

It's in stock so pickup Monday. The broker said with the driveaway pricing and 2.99% finance offer there wasn't a heap of margin. All 3 quotes I got were in low-mid $56s. Possibly could have got a better price with different finance but I shopped around and nothing else came close.

If you're getting 2.99% finance then what you'll save on interest will make a bigger difference in the repayments than another $1,000 off the price.

The 110TSI models all have current driveaway offers. Whereas the AWD models are running a MY20 finance offer of 2.99% as the current promotion.

These finance deals are actually pretty good even if you don't use the guaranteed future value. If you compare the numbers the 132TSI Comfortline is actually going to cost less over 4 years than the 110TSI Comfortline. It's a bit of a no-brainer and not sure if they're going to sell any 110TSI while this offer is running...
