+ a few accessories... (metal sill protector, weather shields, luggage tray...)

Do you think around $61K drive away is achievable in Sydney at this stage, if I were also to finance (not novated) - if that has any impact at all...

Looks like there is only 1 Wolfsburg left on Carsales.com (Black, with Sunroof, in VIC) priced at a whopping $67,888!

Obviously hoping that rarity will make someone super desperate!

Well, I guess the first R in RRP stands for 'Recommended' - not 'required'!

Also, as my economics lecturer said, for the transaction to occur, the combined happiness of both the buyer and the seller is maximised; as the buyer must be willing to pay that price, and the seller must be willing to sell at that price - otherwise the transaction would not occur.

Nope, wouldn’t do it bc:

1. I love me car so not sell it [emoji3]
2. I have a concise so I wouldn’t be selling my car at a ridiculous price for my personal financial gain, but hey that’s just me

Btw, the “Recommended” means this is the price the manufacture expects the buyer “should” be paying. Anything higher and you are being ripped off.

When I picked up my Wolfsburg yesterday the dealership said that after the new year interest in the Wolfsburg was through the roof, he said they get calls almost daily asking if they have stock, but even more surprising to them was the calls asking for parts to make their car look like a Wolfsburg.

I reckon VW will do another Wolfsburg later this year

Wouldn’t surprise me if the car goes for that

They won’t be allowed to sell/advertise for more than full RRP.

Though the most expensive listed is $587,604: 2018 Tiguan 132TSI
