Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Try Rockdale or Noble VW (can give you some contacts).

Hey guys!
I'm shopping for an Allspace Highline with R-line, Sunroof and Sound and Vision
+ a few accessories... (metal sill protector, weather shields, luggage tray...)
Do you think around $61K drive away is achievable in Sydney at this stage, if I were also to finance (not novated) - if that has any impact at all...
Thanks!

Obviously hoping that rarity will make someone super desperate!
RRP is only $64.4k so I don’t know how VW can let these dealers get away with over charging customers??
I rather get a fully spec MY19 Highline For $10k less TBH.....

Also, as my economics lecturer said, for the transaction to occur, the combined happiness of both the buyer and the seller is maximised; as the buyer must be willing to pay that price, and the seller must be willing to sell at that price - otherwise the transaction would not occur.
(If someone offered you $68k for your low-mileage Wolf, would you sell it to them? (and then go and buy your fully loaded R?))

1. I love me car so not sell it [emoji3]
2. I have a concise so I wouldn’t be selling my car at a ridiculous price for my personal financial gain, but hey that’s just me
Btw, the “Recommended” means this is the price the manufacture expects the buyer “should” be paying. Anything higher and you are being ripped off.
Hey, if you are willing to pay higher then go for it....

I reckon VW will do another Wolfsburg later this year
Wouldn’t surprise me if the car goes for that

They won’t be allowed to sell/advertise for more than full RRP.
There’s one black one left at $67,888 here: Volkswagen Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition
Though the most expensive listed is $587,604: 2018 Tiguan 132TSI
