Edit: don't know why the last 2 pics of the rear rego plate base are upside down,

easy .. press down on the left switch/dial knob on media centre and the clock will appear

When I turned mine off (132tsi), it's just a blank screen - maybe it's a setting somewhere I need to enable?

I'm guessing it's a feature of the discovery pro, only available on highlines.

Anyone feels like the 162Tsi R-line needs lowered springs and 20mm wheel spacers? The official pictures online looks like the Tiguan sits lower and the wheels are more flush with the side.

Can Anyone confirm that the 162Tsi has auto dipped passenger side mirror when put in reverse? I can't get my passenger side mirror to dip when im reversing, eventhough the manual states that the passenger side mirror will dip

yes it does, my dealer guided/helped me set it up up during delivery .. but i haven't learn how to do it myself again since ..

one thing interesting note is that after it has dipped for reverse, it would only position up again after you reach certain forward speed, not when you put into drive position.

Thanks for the pic's. Hey you know the front number plate mount, the euro one where you able to remove it so you can put normal size plates on without having the euro mount sticking out the sides? If you have it taken off, is there hole outside the normal plates?
Hoping the front mount can come off.

Worked it out.... Go to settings from the Menu option. On the first page there is an option which needs to be ticked...).I'm doing this from memory cause I'm now at work) "Enable clock during standby" there are then 4 options of clock face once you turn off the media unit!!

From what others have said previously, no the forward number plate mount cannot be removed.

I've ordered the full sized Euro black plates for this reason. Anything else would look silly.

is your mirror selector knob pointed to the "Left" one?

Yeah. I already secured my euro plates .. black Tiggy and euro plates will be white with black writing.
