i'm too distracted by the buck tooth front plate situation...
not drilling holes in the bumper must really mean a lot to the owner

Isn't the silver the original on this car? I think it contrasts with his chrome work, but I could see all combos potentially working if other tweaks were made. Gold on red can be under-rated if you don't mind making a statement..

Yes silver is original colour on this car. And the car is Habanero Orange (not red)

I knew I'd seen it before - but yeah to be honest with the heavy filters forgot that was even a colour choice.

As a filtered red it is much more impressive.

OZ Superturismo Evoluzione 18" on 235/55:







This demonstrates you can get a decent wheel/look and leave some good meat in the rubber.. but I'd suggest it would look a lot better with the open centre cap from the LMs rather than the center lock look on the Evoluziones. I'd reserve these for the Golfs on a lower profile/bigger wheel.

If I was going to spend this much on a set of wheels/tyres, I wouldn't be putting 18's on.
