I have ordered/received my New Tiguan

So I've finally located my car to be on the ship "THEMIS". Left BREMERHAVEN 19/09 and ETA in Brisbane is 5/11. Arrival date has slipped almost 2 weeks from what the dealership last informed me

i have been told by my dealer that I should expect an ETA in to Brissy on 19/10... No idea how to check the status the way you have (left Bremerhaven on XX and ETA on YY). No VIN Nos either!

Dealer should be able to tell you the vin or at very least the vessel name. If you have either, then you can look it up

Yeah I got my VIN. Tracking lookup doesn't work but I have just been tracking the ship.

Woo Hoo !!!

My VIN has just come up on the WWL tracking site. My Tiggy is on the Morning Crystal, already in port at the first stop Zeebrugge Belgium. One stop in South Africa then straight to Melbourne due on 26/10. Only 38 days on the water so a bit of an express sailing.

Should get delivery early Nov which is better than the last dealer estimate of 27/11.

The excitement is getting more real now. Having waited since Late Feb, I was beginning to think it was never coming.

I tried to order mine in early May but lease company took 2 months before they ordered.
My company has just changed ownership and it took them that long to find soneone to talk to.
Have been quoted Jan delivery.
Red HL with the lot + towbar.
Would have liked it before Christmas.
