Change Cruise increments 10->5 and disbale fuel nag

Hi, I have an OBDEleven and have had some fun making a few changes but there are these two things I can not find anywehre and wonder if anyone has managed to come across them anywhere in the codes.

First up is the increments when you're in Cruise and hit + and -. It jumps 10ks a hit. I would like to reduce that to 5ks a hit.

Second is the low fuel nag screen. I am totally capaable of finding a servo when the fuel light comes on and the nag doesn't go away until you hit cancel. Anyone found where to just disable this stupid thing?

Note this changes the increment steps to +/- 1 km/hr and long-press +/- 10 km/hr.
