Jet nozzle not spraying correctly

Our Tiguan's jet nozzle is no longer spraying as it should. It sprays a single jet, no longer flat. I tried cleaning it by poking toothpick inside but no go.

Please tell me how to replace them and where I can buy parts from.

Blow it out from front with airhose

As above, this happened on my Golf GTI a few years ago. I removed the jets, soaked them in soapy water for a few hours to help loosen any debris, then blast them out with some compressed air (or you can blow air with your mouth into them if you do not have an air compressor). They worked fine again after that.

They block up over time with scale which leads to partially blocking off the outlet.

If you cant be bothered doing this, at least try a very thin needle (like from a sewing kit) to unblock the jets. A toothpick is far too big to fit into the jet nozzle properly.

They unclip from the underside of the bonnet.

I presume harder water areas may have this issue more so than soft water areas?

Yes. I do use washer fluid but any tips welcome

Although I had a Polo with the same jets for over 5 years and zero issues

Demineralised water would probably be the best water to use along with a good quality windscreen water additive, as I can only assume that hard water in some areas would make it more likely to block up over time with mineral deposits.
