Razor80 Stage 3 Allspace R Build

    Build in progress..

    New intercooler being installed today and the Snail turbo.
    What a huge difference in the size of the compressor wheel. Hopefully the rest of the parts go on by tomorrow and if all goes well, the time consuming tweaks on the dyno to set things up efficiently.

        Was messaging Gordie and assuming yours was the only indium grey Tiguan in the shop, he mentioned you’re going with an IE intake now? What made you change your mind?

          It's Platinum Grey, Indium wasn't available when I purchased my car back at the VIP night.

          IE intake? Not sure I did change it but I'm easy, what ever looks the nicest and performs well.

            Turbo, Downpipe, Intake and DV all completed. Just the plugs and reattach all the other bits etc before tuning starts tomorrow.

              With your DP, do you know if yours comes with the CEL eliminator, or whether they'll be coding it out with the tune?

                Did not see this thread before.. nice work mate..

                Bet you will get engine check lights randomly, i still do but just clear it with my 0BD11..

                    Not sure if he has the IE intakes available. Maybe he has changed the intercooler from CTS to the IE version. I'll have a look tomorrow.

                        BeeDub - I don't believe he is adding a CEL adaptor, he'll most likely code it out.

                        Lucky I bought this OBDeleven, sounds like it'll come in handy with such things....

                        INASNT - I have another thread on Big brakes kit for the Tiguan, on order and will be fitted by Gordie when they arrive.

                            You’ll have a hard time wiping the grin off your face once you get your car back.

                            Mine is still pretty decent performance and nicely driveable even though it’s not 100% complete.

                            0-100 is sitting at 4.5sec and that’s with a “soft” launch program for mechanical sympathy.
