Rear Wiper Interval

Can the rear wiper interval be change via VCDS, I want to make it longer if possible.

Where would the best place be to ask this question? I know it is an odd ball thing, certainly I have never seen it asked before.

I think the reason for the lack of replies is due to the fact that its not the average thing people will want to adjust with a tool like VCDS, OBDEleven or Carista.
