I showed this to the Mrs and her first comment was "well now the front bumper is just going to get scratched up".
Keen to know if this is the case. My R36 was notorious for scraps on the underside of the bumper with it's longer nose, but I'm hopeful this isn't the case with the Tigs, once lowered. I've certainly mastered the art of taking dips and driveways at angles to avoid scuffs, and I've come to enjoy not having to worry about this in the Tig, and so has the Mrs.
Just over 2 inch drop in height, no front bumper issues as overall still higher than a sedan. I was driving near a new Audi SQ5 yesterday and I was slightly lower..

ACC firmer ride in normal which I like as I used to drive in sport all the time as I dont like the floaty nature in normal.

Car used to lift the front end and bounce around under hard accleration, not anymore, grips alot better under acceleration.

        • 1 week on no issues with the H&R springs.

Car rides so much flatter, gets power down to the ground so much better.

If an actual Tig R comes out these springs would come standard.

          • How good was the SQ5 to drive? (I assume the latest version with the V6T)

Does it still rise a bit under acceleration or stays completely flat?

Do the lower springs affect load carrying capacity or towing ability?

                    • Oh wow!

Didn't realise it was out of use for so long. Was damage worse than originally thought?
I bet you are also looking forward to getting it back

I am really interested in why you havent gone to an IS38 upgrade, considering you have done about everything else, but that.

Was it just the way your modification pathway took you, or did you do it because you prefer the quicker spool of the IS20, or other reasons?

As far as I can see it, keeping the IS20 is not a bad option, either is going to the IS38.

Look forward to listening to your perspective.

                          • Dude, got car back last week after 6 weeks, then had to have some unexpected surgery and 2 weeks off work, farther-in-law just had a stroke and had a death in the family so been occupied with more important things atm.

IS38 is on the cards.. Wont go any further as want my old classic muscle weekend car.
