Window tinting - any recommendations?

Hi Everyone
Really hoping to get the windows tinted on my 2017 Tiguan 132kw TSI.
Can anyone recommend a place in a Sydney that’s reasonable and does a good long lasting, professional job?

Rob at Hunters Hill Window tinting is well regarded as one of the best (and has tinted more VW's than he could possibly remember).

Had my Tig tinted yesterday and looks great!

Hunters hill window tinting is the business name and 0418464185 Is the number (mods delete number if not allowed)

I messaged him via facebook first then once confirmed appt he confirmed via sms

Just got my tig tinted yesterday by show us your tints
Mobile service - 15% tints (5 is way too dark!)
Paid $300
I was in a bit of a rush but that price seemed reasonable enough
Did a great job too

Old thread but got my tint done by Rob at Hunters Hill Window Tinting this morning. Great job and such a lovely and professional bloke. Was recommended by a mate who had his Mk7 done by him and agree with the above. Also takes the time to ask you about what you want and any plans for future mods (wheel colour changes etc) to make sure you get exactly what you want and that it's suitable for your build/final look.

He also does more Golfs than any other make of car and is great for a yarn while you wait. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Keen for some pics or advice on tinting the front windows to match the rear darkend glass. Would like to match the rears as best as I can.

I'm another happy customer of Sydney City Solartint. Kenny is very knowledgeable, he's quite passionate about his work and keeps up to date with what's going on in the tinting world. He's more than happy to talk about all things tinting and cars.
I got the Premium IR Nano Coated tint on the front windows, and the Premium IR Clear Nano Coated tint on the back and rear windows (due to the privacy glass).

Can you advise what the cost is and also did they also tint the quarter window in the front?

Hi Orpheus2k, it was $695, and the quarter window on the front doors was done without being asked.
From what I've read it's only the dealer applied tinters that seem to struggle with that, hence why it pays to go to a professional.

You can request a quote and specify what you want or tick the box for "I have no idea" and Renee, Kenny's wife, will call you to discuss.
