  • 132tsi and light off-roading use. Ok or nay?

We are loosing our family Audi A4 sedan and doing the sensible thing and getting a crossover SUV.

At this rate, the 132tsi Comfortline.

It will be on the road almost for all of its life, but I would like to take it off-road when we drive down to WAs north/south vacation spots. Dirt tracks and a little bit of sand maybe.

The Adventure model seems to not be available with the DAP option for a good price and I got a Comfortline down to what I think is a very good drive away price ($45k).

So I'm wondering and asking, what kind of light off-roading can this car handle? Without damaging the underbody etc.

Thank you for sharing. I've seen videos similar but that's a good one.

My question is, will what he's doing damage the car? Ie scratch underneath etc

Probably.. but who's looking under there anyway? I only looked underneath the other day myself and it all looks fairly tidy.. if your worried about damage to the undercarriage the adventure series comes reinforced underneath.. but for light work on the sand you shouldn't need it..

I got an adventure for 46500 with DAP, driveaway so perhaps shop around?

Ok, no Adventures left with DAP.... none. Did a lot of shopping around.

How much off-roading can a comfortline do without damaging it?
