Rear diff seal

Anyone had issues with leaking rear diff seal?
If so, did you find any causes?
Propshaft centre bearing issues?

Further to above questions does anybody know if the final drive assembly 0CC is the same across all variants of the Amarok? E.g 2.0L / 3.0L.
