Touch screen playing up

Have a 2018 V6 dark label and since getting my remap from upgraded turbo, the touch screen on my head unit won't work sometimes. I turn car on and off and sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, but it is really random. Does anyone know how to do a soft reset on these head units?

The digitizers on the screens are a common failure. Usually starts by the top right corner of the screen failing to register touches.
Need to replace either the digitizer (by heating and removing the laminated digitizer and all the optically clear adhesive without breaking the LCD) or replace the screen complete

That sucks. I just tried to soft reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds so will see how that goes. What's the top of the range head unit or an upgrade for mine do you think? Would it just be to go to a later model one?
