Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VW Amarok V6 Fuse location & descriptors

    Hello fellow Amarok owners,

    With no luck in the op manual I was looking to see if anyone can share info on the location / description of fuses for the V6 Amarok.

    Ideally a table of all vehicle fuse location/labels would be great (for future reference) however mainly looking for the cig lighter.

    Found it.
    For other owners or anyone interested for Cig lighter on centre console.

    Right side of steering wheel (remove cover). 20A Fuse (Yellow). 5th Fuse down from top.

          You will struggle to find any fuse diagrams for amaroks. They are a myth as I have found out trying for switched power and illumination for a boost/egt gauge.
