Yeah, my partner bought a 2015 Mazda 3 last year and was told CarPlay was Coming Soon[emoji769] and still waiting. She's a lil salty about that especially after seeing how well it works in the Golf.

Well not that it’s much consolation but I’m collecting a new Mazda 3 for my wife in about 2 weeks and there’s absolutely zero mention of CarPlay, particularly as I have it in my Golf!

So we’re both in the same boat!

I know this is for IOS CarPlay users but for those looking for a easy to use interface AutoMate app is pretty good Android only I think, interface is on the phone uses Bluetooth but using a magnetic mount you can locate it in a vent either side of the steering so close to your vision uses Google voice also and is more functional than Android Auto integrates but frees up your MDF for other screens, more music and app functionality.
