I got quoted $1700 extra on top of whatever the model you want costs for the wagon. And no...they said they won't sell wagons at the current drive away deal price.

I posted this elsewhere but let me know if you notice 'some' loss of pulling power after your first re-fuel. I have noticed it with mine ie normally I feel the propulsion at a lower revs, now I have to take it higher and a bit longer to response. Minor though. I suspect the quality of fuel they initially put in is better than the one I put in, ie. BP 98 Ultimate.

It's going pretty good. Mrs loves it as it's her daily drive. When I looked last night it had 520 on it.

I refilled it last Sunday, as for loosing power I don't drive it daily so wouldn't know. Mrs hasn't complained about it.

I does put a smile on my face when I drive it though.

Good to hear that you are enjoying your Golf. I am also a new Golf Driver and picked up my GTI 2 weeks ago. I'm loving it.

Picked up my Golf 7 103TSi Highline earlier this week and am loving it. I have found a few things not quite right, like the stop/start not always working.

For this to work, it has to meet certain criteria such as incline, temperature, demister and air condition temp, that's from what I can remember from the manual.

The voice control doesn't work- do we not get this in Australia?

Unfortunately, this does not work in Australia. I read somewhere that some have tried to update the software from overseas but it was nothing but a waste of time and money. I am disappointed too that it is a mute function.

And I will have to read up on how to get the side mirrors to tilt automatically when in reverse.

You have to put the mirror switch on the Left side setting before reversing. It should work then.

Can't get the album artwork from my iPhone to display on the screen either.

I have a similar problem and I can't get my contacts pictures to display.

I had a look today. Current stock appears to be all 2013, but no big discounts are on offer because, unlike the Golf Hatch 2013, there is no factory run-out pricing for the wagon. 2013 and 2014 wagons are thus about the same price right now. If you want 2014, be prepared for a wait until about May or so. A 2013 can be bought now, but the trade-off is that it's a year older at trade-in time.

Thanks mate. Was not an easy choice, as I wanted to have a higher output engine but unfortunately this was the only choice with a manual gearbox. Really looking forward trying out the gadgets.
