I dunno, your reviews went from glowing to less in about a week. perhaps they just spent a bit more time weighing pros and cons before looking like VW shills on their payroll that some reviews have seemed like in the past.

I don't think we have seen this but I have uploaded to my google drive the GTI press book and background information from the press day in Austria.

ch31 community TV here in melbourne runs a weekly german car program from DW(deutsche welle) TV called "drive it !"

Wow, what a comprehensive write up you put out there. I'm sure Mercedes benz Australia would be so glad for getting that for free. Nice car mate, enjoy it!

The problem is that the PP may not be available on the early models here in Oz. They're still working on it. The first shipment of our GTIs will be completed by the end of next week, leaving the factory the weekend after that. VW Australia are saying that it's going to be leaving Port Bremerhaven in about 10 days...

Deliveries in UK start June with all options, including performance pack, 400W Dynaudio etc. so I cannot see why performance pack won't be available here!
