New turbo required. Any recommendations for a Garage

Hi I recently had two error messages on dash with car going slightly limp. Local mechanic scanned the faults and said it was watergate actuator. Been to two other mechanics and all suggested a new turbo.

Can anyone suggest a garage or mechanic who can be trusted with this job - I just feel like I’m looking for trouble having an Ultra Tune do a turbo replacement- yet also don’t want to get slugged by the VW dealership.

Any advice much appreciated
