Spark plug replacement with low km

New driver here. I drive a Mk7.5 110TSI manual. Dealer suggests I change spark plugs now as it's been four years since last changed. But I've only done 20,000km on the current plugs.

Is there any harm in waiting a few more years to do more km, or should I change now per the recommendation?

Plugs should be good for at least 80,000 kms time has nothing to do with it

Absolutely no need to replace those spark plugs if they have only done 20,000km. You can keep them in there.
