OBDeleven killed Lane Assist

iPhone has worked in the past for us on other OBDeleven apps just not this one. So trying an android phone and wasting another 400 credits with no guarantee it will work either, so I’m still sitting in the same boat. OBD11 should be supporting me to rectify the issue and no response from them still. Not even a simple email saying we’re looking into it.

Thats because they have given up on IOS and are working on other vehicle makes like BMW and developing other stuff.

While some stuff worked in IOS it never worked anywhere near as well as the original and was only adapted because IOS users asked and OBD did it somewhat unwillingly, Hence its a risk using it as you have found out Get a mates Android and load the App and see if it appears any different ( without doing anything) of course but it will show up on the phone. Easiest way I can think of to find out
Have done over 40 adaptations on my 2 cars without problems, even a couple that werent supposed to work but do.

Yeah just load the app on a phone, hook it up to the car go into it WITHOUT ACTIONING IT and see what the selection is at the top Should be ON or OFF

Yes on the iPhone there’s no option other than activate.

Just noticed on the OBD forum that you now need a phone running Android 8.0 or later for Apps to run properly

OBD11 have created a new app for idiots like me called “Front camera assist calibration”. It’s returned my car back to normal again, thank goodness. Blown away they created an app to fix. Asked them to create Lane assist extended time for my software number. I can update software on multimedia to new version but then I lose all the OBD11 apps I’ve already done over the years. Just happy it’s sorted, thanks for the support and suggestions all.

Dont lose anything when updating have done it numerous times and all the stuff is still there.
