Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Are you sure they use H15? I thought they used H7?
Not sure if the Narva LED range are canbus compatible? If not, then you will have to get some canbus resistors (Narva may sell them?) otherwise the car will think the headlights are not working correctly (due to the lower voltage of the LED bulbs) and put a warning message on the dash.
Also have a look at iilumo as these are made specifically for the Golf and include the canbus resistors: COSMIC+ H7 (VW GOLF MK6/7 & TIGUAN MK1) – iilumo
I just fitted a HID kit to my car as the LED bulbs were not going to fit (the LED bulbs are quite long) and I got it from iilumo. Their items are good quality.
