Under rear plastic panel

Hi All, I've just picked up a Mk7.5 Wagon, there is a plastic panel missing under the rear bumper. Just realised its a tow bar area.

Does anyone have any recommendations for installing one? Is it something I can install DIY?

Probably the same as a Tiguan Got an aperture for the tongue to stick through as in a Euro towbar. Saves them $3 a car Comes to a lot when you make a million of them. You cant see it unless you crawl under and look so why worry
