Thanks to everyone who has replied. I must apologise for the confusion though.... As far as the German language it's not an actual photo of my dashboard, its a google image. I have my dash in English. Reichweite translates into "range" on an English dashboard. But the symbol remains on the display regardless of what I have displayed in the centre of the dials. The little triangle is the north compass pointer for the navigation. It has the two dashes when it can't figure out which way the car is heading. My guess: the star symbol generally means "favorite",so I'm guessing it's related to this -perhaps?Please don't PM to ask questions about coding, or vehicle repairs.
