Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Anyone have a copy of the Service Schedule for a 2016 Golf TDi 110kw Wagon?

I use this from Volkwerke as a guide. (Note it's not a secure [https] link).

Edit: but feenix's link above is the one to go by.

You are welcome and good luck with the servicing.

Make sure you read up on technical requirements for resetting the ECU. I understand that there engine oil performance/characteristics that degrade with age and that the ECU may beprogrammed to take this into account based on the resetting of the service interval reminder. Others forumites with the relevant skills and experience may be able to assist you. I am not 100% sure because I leave the hi-tech TDI servicing to my friendly local VW specialist mechanic and limit myself to the basic servicings of my Mk3 (when engine designs and servicing requirements were simpler).
