Very high oil usage?

Hello, Looking at buying a 2016 110 TSI, I had someone go look at it who, no low oil warnings or lights, but the dip stick looks super low. Wondering if this should be a big red flag? Last service and oilchange was at 28000 Kms Car is at 36000 Kms So in 10kms, it looks like its nerly used all the oil? Next service isnt due till 43000 Kms

Normal. About 1 liter top-up between services

There’s about 5 litres of oil in an engine, but the gap between the marks on a dipstick are a litre at most.

When was the last time you checked the oil? If it hasn’t been checked since the last service it could be whoever did it forgot to top up after running it to fill up the oil filter, dunno how much that holds in a modern golf tho
