Help!!! Oil Sensor Workshop!

Some advice needed please. Have this warning on the MDF 'oil sesnor workshop'. My mechanic has checked the error codes and it said it had a faulty oil temperature sensor. Replaced that and the error is still there. Replaced both Oil temp/level sensor as well as the oil pressure sensor and the error won't leave. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated 2010 golf 118tsi

Maybe a stupid question, but did the mechanic clear/reset the faults?

Yeh he tried to clear them but they kept coming back. VW couldn't find any problems with the wiring or connections either from sensor to computer. I don't want to spend anymore $ on something that isn't an issue though
