GTI rear headrest removal

Can you remove all of the rear headrests in a MY12 gti? If so, how? I've tried and am getting no where (fast!).
Any help appreciated.

I removed my rear driver and passenger side headrests to improve rear visibility on my Golf R. No doubt the GTI is the same.

Tilt your seats forward, push the little button on the black plastic clip which allows you to adjust the height of the headrests and extend out as far as you can. Then on the other black plastic clip (towards the centre of the car) you will see a rectangular slot. Use a pin or similar to push into this slot to release the locking tab and you can then remove the headrest.
