Hi All
Been reading this forum for probably the last 3 weeks after i wrote off my old jazz. Basically im needing a new car. Atm i was originally going to buy a second hand Tubro DSG Jetta. Over the weekend i test drove the Golf 118TSI and loved it even more than the 118TSI Jetta.
Now, i've gone up and down the golf section probably 3 times and I've had alook at the excel spreadsheet that was used for a rough pricing guide, but its a bit outdated.
My question to the Golf owners, given that the 90TSI comes withe comfort pack as a standard now, would it still be worthwile paying the additional 5kish and opting for the 118TSI over the 90TSI? Are the any benefits worth 5k to push towards the 118TSI over the 90TS? E.g. the option of having ACC?
Would it be also better to just buy the 90TSI and maybe tuning it 2-3years down the track to make it more or less around the 118TSI's speed?
Any input would be great!
Thanks!
PS - the only options i would probably be looking at are metallic paint/MDI/maybe sunroof depending on price.
