I have these but with GOLF written on them. bought them for $AU10 + postage (can't remember how much postage was...). they fit great in mine, no rubbing or squeaking (but yeah, i think you've installed the back ones incorrectly...) i very much doubt they'll fit over the painted area as they seem pretty custom fit to the plastic. I prefer it over the plastic as that's the part i tend to accidently bump with my feet rather then the plastic parts.

yes they look great, but does anyone know how much longer in length is the 3dr's door compared to the 5dr.

- Door Sill Protective Strip, 3 Door, Black with Silver Insert
- Door Sill Protective Strip, 3 Door, Stainless Steel

They have very tiny images here: but only of the Black with Silver Insert and not the Stainless Steel one?
