I'll have to check out the colours thread. You know, I don't think I've ever looked at a car brochure and gone, "if only it came in this colour."

I liked the answer from the CEO of Lamborghini when he was asked what his favourite car colour was....."I like non-colours."

Going back to the dealer time after time was boring..... but I did love that car despite it all.

No. Southside dealer in Sydney who shall remain nameless at this stage.

Also forgot in my list of non goodies was no map DVD/CD with the RNS510. "We only have one master copy at the dealership and DVD/CD doesn't come with OEM factory installed Sat Nav."

Not what I hear from others on this forum who had the DVD in their glovebox. Would be pleased to hear from any other 2009/2010 buyers who have received their cars with factory fitted RNS510 as bto whether or not they received the Navigation CD/DVD.

Golf was from Moss Vale Motor Group (owned by Wakeling). My daughter dealt with Alan Bell. A real gentleman who was happy to give us a demo vehicle for an hour, put up with us driving Honda Accords and other alternatives and then cut us a pretty good deal on what at the time was their first customer build ordered Mk VI. Also kept us informed of build dates and shipping information.
