thought of starting a new thread for all those looking to get a good price for the car. So that new to be Golf owner don't get ripped off(including me)

Yeah, I'm not personally driving a Golf at this time. After my last one was destroyed by a sleeping bus driver I didn't want another MKV as I'd already seen and liked the pictures of the MK6 GTI. But by the time that was released here we'd all seen the pictures and specs of the MK6 Golf R, so I'm waiting for that instead.
As per my sig, I currently have Polo GTI with APR ECU. I'd just bought a new apartment and thought that was a good 'relatively cheap temporary car' which I can still have some fun in whilst waiting for my MK6

Oh I was interested. Hence why in my first post I referred the OP to the other two threads already on this topic. Oh, there is even a third thread specifically on the 118TSI price. So that's now 4 including this one
And thanks. After test driving the MK6 Golf GTI I realised how much I miss my Golf. I can't wait until the R comes out! Is it next year yet?!
