If you signed a contract agreeing to a price knowing how old the car was then you don't really have very good grounds to pull out out of the deal now.
I would ask for an oil change before delivery, as according to the book the oil should be changed every 15,000km or 12 months, whichever is sooner, so according to VW germany it is now due for an oil change (even if it has only done 25km).
I'd also keep an eye on how quickly the starter motor turns over the engine in case the battery wasn't kept charged up while it was sitting around. But even if it needs a new battery that will be replaced under warranty, so nothing to worry about there.
