The MK6 Fuel Consumption (Most / Least per Tank) Thread
Noticed that my mileage sucks now that I only drive to the station and home filled up it said 650kms, previously when I was driving to work I was getting close to 820kms from a tank... Little drives are killer!
MY14 Audi S3 - Misano Red, S-tronic, Performance pack with parade red trim.
Just got 670kms from the last tank. Filled up when the fuel light came on and it still said 60kms range. That is rush hour traffic both ways, 100km a day but M5 / M7 so constant (ish) speeds. Really happy that since the Bluefin has settled the economy is just getting better and better.

i tend to have a heavy foot...so im thinkn i wont ever get 500ks out of tank...
but then again...i should have gone the diesel if i was worried about petrol efficiency

like-for-like will still be slightly worse because of higher weight.

The MK6 Fuel Consumption (Most / Least per Tank) Thread
Have just driven a touch over 300km from Newcastle to Suttons Forrest - fuel gauge is right on half way.
That included driving through the guts of Sydney, air con on all the way, unable to use cruise control because of a never ending supply of useless drivers, and a few squirts here and there.

That's not terrific. I would have used 20L (max) for the same trip/conditions

? This thread isn't for grannies who bought R's when they should have bought a prius...
300km on half a tank including air con and Sydney traffic is very good. I am lucky to get 200-250km on half.
