I've had a look at the spreadsheet but would like to get a better idea of what prices i can expect and what others have paid for a 103 tdi.

Iam after a white, manual with sports pack and nothing else. I've been quoted 38,400 RRP driveaway.

I ideally want to pay 33,500. Is a big discount granted but what do you guys think is achievable/realistic?

Any pointers to the best deal crunching dealers in sydney would be appreciated too!

Is new a must? If not, you can look at 1 year old mk6 103tdi and save a big bundle...

$33500 would be a decent discount.
I paid $38000 drive away from VW Osbourne Park WA for:

2010 103TDI 5 door, United Grey, 6DSG, Sports Pack, Reversing sensor, Front/Rear carpet mats, Front/Rear muds flaps and first service free (12month). I think I could have done better but who cares when the car is so good anyway.

This is pretty much the build that I'm interested in - that seems like a decent price.
