I agree...I've seen two united grey's...and it actually is a nice colour...looks brownish almost in certain lighting conditionsScirocco R - Candy White / DSG / Panoramic Roof / RNS510

White cars are hard to photograph well, especially at night.
If you dig a hole and it is in the wrong place, digging it deeper isn't going to help.Comment

^ Looks great. Even though I didn't get a white one, the more I see them the more I'm being convinced that it is the best GTI colour.

It is! I have actually studied many photos from Google Images and videos from YouTube, and come to conclude that for all-rounder, white is the best, and red stands out in the countryside.Originally posted by hooba View Post^ Looks great. The reason why the white colour stands out is due to the black trims along the windows and the Detroit black edges that contrast very nicely with the white body. Also, the red lines at the front of the bonnet grille contrast better with white, whereas it does not stand out if the body colour is red.
Because of the distinct contrast, I think the white colour stands out much more prominently as compared to the dark metallic colours and the red color.
And that is why I chose the candy white model.
