Nice Golf R pics (surprised at how many seem to already have that car)
A couple of pics from last month of the 118TSI. Hopefully I'll get around to taking some more after I was it (keeping an eye on the weather forecast).

The reason why the white colour stands out is due to the black trims along the windows and the Detroit black edges that contrast very nicely with the white body. Also, the red lines at the front of the bonnet grille contrast better with white, whereas it does not stand out if the body colour is red.
Because of the distinct contrast, I think the white colour stands out much more prominently as compared to the dark metallic colours and the red color.
And that is why I chose the candy white model.Golf GTI MkVI 2010 | Candy White | 3 Door | MT | 18" Detroit | MDI

I find it quite funny how the best color (in quite a few people's opinions) is the cheapest option- nice for a change
