No - been away in the Barossa all weekend so that I could enjoy the driving sensation and also the wineries (although as designated driver not a lot of tasting, but brought some home to investigate later).

Thanks, the rims look even better in real life.

The tyres are ZIEX ZE-912, in 225/40 x 18. the tyre guys wouldn't fit 235s they said they would rub.

the tyres are quiet and have good wet weather grip. the dry grip at the moment seems at least as good the orginal Bridgestones. The steering is also lighter, but that may also be due to the lighter rims, but at 12kgs so not that much lighter.

Took delivery on Thursday arvo, so took if for a run down the coast today to do most of the running in.

Knocked up a touch under 800km's. Hopefully will have it run in by Monday.

While I've mostly grown out of overly agressive bodykits, I do like the way the red stripe at the bottom goes with the rest of the GTI styling
