    • Nice pics! How slow were you driving over the sand to keep it clean?

        • Washed the car before I left in the morning but I can assure you it is actually dirty ...

Pics was taken at the Pinnacles mate, about 2HR drive up north from Perth.

          • Nambung National Park aka The Pinnacles, the sand is compacted so there's not much danger of getting bogged provided you stay on the marked roadways. It's a wonderfully spooky place. Nice looking 2-door GTI Reaction.

Guys, I can recommend using Meguiars "Final Inspection" after you have washed and dried your car. It removes all of those smearing wash/dry marks and leaves the paint gleaming. It's very much like a water based spray and it has a very slight amount of wax in it so that when you dry it off with a soft cloth, it comes up with a really shiny finish. It also helps protect the car between washes and makes it easier to wash again. It only takes about 10 minutes to go over the entire car.

I don't want to go too off topic in this thread and certainly don't want to sound like a wax snob, but I'm pretty sure Dodo Juice anything kicks the living snot out of anything Meguires produce

                      • I drove up to Eildon Dam the other day:

                              • There were a few others with boats, but pretty quiet since (a) it was a weekday, and (b) it's just a dam
