LOL - after reading all the things you have done to your car - I'm stunned by your comments that you are worried about warranty issues with the ECU reflash

Yeah, I quickly fell from my purist values in the first post, but having a bit of service knowledge and a few chats with my VW service guys, I realise "bolt on's" are a lot less frowned upon that messing with the car's brain, so to speak. An ECU flash is definately in my future, but that'll be the final nail in the ol' coffin!
