What I did today with my GTi.
Took both girls down to Stanwell Tops, (girlfriend and car) Via Razorback, Mt Ousley, then back up Bulli Pass and Campbelltown.
Spent the afternoon treating her to a wash, polish and wax. The car not the girlfriend. Then went for a drive over to Penrith.

Lots and lots of fun.

Replaced standard globes with Phillips H7's 80+, bugger of a fiddly job, but will be a sinch next time round.
Big improvement but Dont believe an 80% light increase unless aimed incorrectly- more like 30%!

How is that being a 'bored pig'? It's a basic requirement that you have both of your registration plates up? If you want it looking neater/nicer spend $120 and buy some white on black plates.

The parking lights do stay on. Here's the screen shot of the VAG com:

Don't think I'd posted these yet, but I recently bought some second hand USDM taillights I've only installed the inside clusters and already think they look way better.
