Brakes on Jetta TDI , what are you getting

As title suggest , wondering what your getting out of your jettas for brakes.
150,000km now with original brakes , 95% freeway driving here , mechanic
says replace back next service and fronts are still fine.
Would it be better to replace all round in one go of just the rears on next service ??

Rears do wear more than the fronts on these.

Also replace the discs as well, if they have a lip, or are close to being under-sized. Don't machine them.
