Heya all,
If I can get this past the finance committee I was just wondering what your opinions are on the following wheels.
Take into account these assumptions:
1. Street legal - i.e. Maintain legal wheel size etc (Victoria)
2. Street use only - no racing
3. No rubbing
4. Potential to upgrade springs and shocks later to lower 1" (see point 3)
So given the above here are the three choices:
BBS CK anthracite - 18"/19"
OZ Ultraleggra - Crystal titanium
Oettinger - RXX charcol diamond cut 19", 8.5" x 19", 50ET
I've had a search through and read most of the threads for wheels and these are the three that I can at least source easily and also look the best in my opinion. I have some reservations about going up to 19" as the width may exceed legal limits. However it does look better cosmetically, has anyone noticed a difference in ride quality from 18" to 19"?
I've posted links to the wheels as I don't know how to link, though there are plenty of threads with wheels here and other VW forums.
Look forward to your thoughts.
