Just getting back to the OP's little story, if your boot was ½ latched, you would've received a single chime and warning on the MFD indicating the boot was open each time you started the vehicle?!?!? Also, with a ½ latched boot, it won't let you lock the vehicle, correct me if I'm wrong ppl...?Last edited by pinzvidz; 12-06-2008, 09:35 PM.

boot still locks even if its half latched. same if you have a dooor open and lock the car. all the closed doors lock and once the door closes it locks by itself.2x Caddy, 1x Ducato
