Great find there Logzy. I'd be very interested to hear some testimonials.

Plenty of cheaper alternatives to APR/Bluefin and most of them are just as good.

So they do have a remap for the TDI 170 then? I couldn't see mention of it anywhere, only the TDI 140. Some power and torque figures would be very nice too.

What price have you been quoted (including shipping)?

Wow, rather interesting!! I can see why you just grabbed one Leigh, it sure looks tempting!

I like the fact YOU get to swap between a few maps, and I'm sure would be able to get custom / other maps in the future. I like that they are working on the limiting DPF, and I noticed they can play with the EGR at your request.

Quite the buy at this sort of price too!

                    What's DPF / EGR please?

you can defiantely buy more maps on their website, GBP 100.00 for additional maps - might mean that they'll let you do more than 1 car too with the same unit, who knows

Cheers for the links guys, very positive feedback indeed. It sounds very much like the DreamScience flash tuner I had for my XR5, except that contained 4 maps on the tuner itself. That also had 'economy' through to 'race' maps, however these should have been more aptly named like "brutally fast" and "absolutely ludicrously fast".

I'm going to hold off on purchasing until you boys have received your units, done some vigorous testing, and reported your findings.

They have stated that they can even go further with the tuning if we remove the DPF, not that I'm about to.

                          Hi there,

I have been given this link via one of the forum members so here is just a little info about us for you guys who maybe sceptical.

We have been tuning cars for 18 years, I personally write software for over 140 companies throughout Europe including main dealers and other high end tuning companies.
I would estimate our company to be in the top 3 tuning companies within the UK with a state of the art workshop, dyno room housed in a temperature controlled room and test EVERY product and map prior to end user sale.
We spend over 200 hours each month testing software on cars to make sure we are always ahead of the market.
We have collaborated with Alientech as some of you guys know and our ST3 is a superb piece of kit offering flexability and the finest software.

I would rather wait for a short time so that your fellow members who have purchased units over the past few days can test them and you have a fully indipendant review.
Here are a few images of our facilities in the UK.

p.s) Im an F1 fan which is why I have the results on my main page, our largest client base is supercars and many of these clients also like the F1 series so it makes sence to host the results.
