    Low fuel pressure P0087

Had the RAA around and he plugged his universal scan tool and it come up with (P2293 fuel pressure regulator 2). But with vcds only P0087 (fuel rail/system pressure) comes up.

Which one is the H pressure line? The one after the HPFP that goes into the injectors?

          Low fuel pressure P0087

Thinking its more the sensor because the actual pressure is staying dead on 7 bar & not moving AT ALL!

sorry if i've missed it but just to be clear, is your hpfp standard and how many k's on your car?

it may be completely irrelevant but it's always good to have the full details when trying diagnose issues...

purely a suggestion but do you have your original hpfp to install and log the results from that...

No I don't, but I think my mechanic can lend me one to try out. Sounds like a good place to start

Turns out the APR HPFP seized up, German Auto put a stock one in and started instantly. Trying to get apr to replace it under warranty.

Thanks for your help guys. Thanks to Richard for offering to send me parts to diagnose the problem[emoji4]
