 Sup guys.
 Hope you're not sleeping yet...

I have the exact same issue as OP, rear wiper and washer, front washer, 12v socket. Have not checked heated seats.
All fuses have been check and look OK.

I have been googling last few days and self-diagnosed a faulty module. A replacement unit is F**K expensive.

Am I correct is saying that the solution is to replace the J59 relay? (not to be confused with J519 module)

 Cheers
 Mitch

 So....
Thursday after work I decided to remove all the panels below the steering wheel to get to the relays and see what is going on and how difficult of a job it would be to replace the j59 relay (no 460). very difficult. couldn't get anything near the tabs to get it out.

I noticed another 460 relay on the other side (see item 1 on the picture on post #16)

I had an idea to swap them to see if it was indeed the relay. It was getting dark and I gave it a miss for now.

Friday morning whilst driving to work I decided to try my heat seating, to confirm if they were also not working. Driver side was working, then decided to try passenger side. after 30 sec of switching it on, the cigarette lighter popped up! So it had suddenly got power. I tested washers front and rear and all were working! Awesome!

Saturday morning, everything not working again....

So back to plan of swapping the relays. Today was that day.

Long story short, I broke 2 jewelers screw drivers when bending them into a "L" shape so I could get to the tab under the relay. Eventually I used a larger long thin screw driver to break both top and bottom tab off. Not a proud moment, nor very delicate.

Swapped the relays and boom! washers etc. work. So I know for sure its a faulty relay. Or a coincidence of some sort.

I hope this helps others one day who run into the problem. I will take pics of the area under the dash to give an idea of what needs to be done.
It might have been easier if I tried removing the entire J519 module, but I did not know how.
