    Verdict was an ecu failure. Now replaced and car is back on the road. $$$!

      I've had the same problem but the Injector failure, caused the ECU to protect itself.

      Once replaced the machine turned. Recall, wasn't that In AU , they more called it a Campaign as they didn't want to panic the newly grown market over the last decade. So it seems if you had an injector issue you had to go to VW and they would have changed all 4 Piazio injectors as their Simens valves were faulty, then also the wiring loom ........just to insure themselves. So if VW are asking $800+ per injector you have to understand why call it a CAMPAIGN

      Did you have any other issues after replacement , like washer pump relay or phone charger (cig lighter)?

        The tech bulletin has now been altered and if the ECU is after a certain production date and there are still issues following injector replacement, the ecu gets replaced.
