    Thanks for the comment.
What engine / car did you have "Powerchipped"?
I had a quick look at APR and in their Product index I couldn't find a lising for the 2.0 tdi engine...
Another problem I have is that I live in a regional city.... options are more limited....
If I find there is no real world difference with the ecu returned to "stock" I will be getting my money back... if this happens... any suggestions for an alternative ecu remap approach for someone who lives many kms from the major cities!

hey Eternaloptimist - where are you located? - APR's sister company, Oettinger, (established 1946) do the diesel tuning here in Australia.

We have 12 dealers around the country (fully trained mechanics with specialists workshops), and for remote area's, we travel to a couple of times a year (depending where you are). Oh, and Oettinger have a written engine/drivetrain & breakdown warranty included.

Also we have the ability to do your software on the ECU only if you wish as well, although we would like you to visit our dealers because they do a diagnostic check before & after the upgrade to make sure there are no issues.

Also we have a money back gaurantee, and you are welcome (encouraged) to do before & after dyno's as well!

They advised me that the upload the original "map" which is stored and this is what was re-flashed. I am taking their word for it. Although it didnt work out, the after sales service of the local dealer (also the agent) was fantastic.
