Jetta Mark V 2.0 FSI Turbo...your thoughts?

I love my Jetta TFSI.

Biggest problem is it's too much of a sleeper

I spoke to owners wherever I went about their cars,and everyone loves them.
Mine is also Silver,which suits the car perfectly.

If it makes you feel any better, i was going for a Black GTI until all the women in my family told me that the hatchback VW looks like a girls car!

Congrats Steve! Quite a turn-around from having set on a GTI but I'm sure the Jetta would still do very finely.

yeah ray, it was a turnaround from having my heart set on the GTI, but its also gonna be a car parents are gonna be using and they werent 100% happy with the golf being a hatch and all....
just didnt like the rear end of the GTI (personaly i think it looks fkn hot) but meh....they loved the front though so the jetta with turbo seemed the more sensible choice

and to be honest i dont really see many around so it'll be somewhat unique i think? i dunno....lol i guess i will just have to add my own personal touches to the car

Wow, congratz on the purchase.
2 weeks, that's a pretty quick turn around.
I had to wait for 3 and half months for mine to arrive but it sure was worth it.

How much did you end up getting it for?

ended up paying 44K for it. specs as follows

- silver metallic paint
- DSG
- anthacite leather interior
- floormats
- full tank of petrol
- VW keying (as a freebie)

hope i got a good price for it
