the highest i've seen mine is at about 47L/100kms but that was after my few dyno runs....

when i first got the car i thought the gauge was broken because it didn't really move much from 25-26L/100kms for about 2 weeks (i was still in my "testing" process ).

nowadays, i find i am generally spending approx. $120/week on fuel (strictly BP Ultimate only) and i live about 500m from my work .

283km from my 2.slow, this of course was due to the advanced driving course I did. Jeez, hats shocking fuel economy from such an asthmatic car

Has anyone fitted lightweight rims and then measured fuel economy? is it worth 1 L or more per hundred?

Lolol you sure must love those carbies! Last tank in the VR was just under 300 clicks and that was just normal day to day driving with a very hefty right foot and how the hell I managed to get that in my old GL is beyond me!

Ah this thread makes me feel better. I thought my car just got particularly bad economy... 685 km off the first tank - I was giving it hell though. I'm still not sure I could get 850 on a tank though...
